Gonzalo Cevallos is the chef and mind behind Zé Verde. Having inherited his father's love for plantains, who being a native from Guayaquil prepared delicacies such as green tortillas, cazuela and sango, decided to create 100% plantain products. He now dedicates himself to sharing his love for plantains with the whole world, so that anyone can create their own culinary stories based on this superfood, in a fast, healthy and nutritious way.

Cristina Ayerbe, Gonzalo's wife is in charge of the entire commercial area of the brand. She is also in charge of managing social media and the visual identity of each of Ze’s products. She handles all product distribution logistics, has direct contact with distributors and markets and is in charge of customer service.
